Job Description
                Preferred candidate will have a strong background developing object-oriented applications using C#/ASP.NET 3.5 with a focus on user experience and interaction. Also, experience working with large relational databases is desired. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to be a part of an AGILE team and having the desire to cross-train on the use of various application technologies and development methodologies.  Developers will work as part of an Agile development team onsite in the Lowell, AR location.  Schedule will likely be 8-5 PM, M-F.  Candidates must speak and write English fluently and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Relocation fees will not be offered.  STAFFING AGENCIES WELCOME.  Please submit resumes to Lissa Brown (lissa.brown@wachter.com - 479-757-8203).
 
Software development experience

o  ASP.NET 3.5 Framework

o  Experience working in MSF for Agile environments

Education

o  B.S. in computer science or engineering

o  MCTS, MCPD or MCAD certification a plus
